01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and pkr888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr888 website, mobile application and all associated services (collectively, "the Service").

pkr888 is an online casino and sports betting information and access platform. By registering an account, accessing the Service or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. 04 Registration & KYC Verification

Each User may hold only one Account on pkr888. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify us promptly of any changes.

Identity Verification

pkr888 applies KYC procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. We may request identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement).
• Source of funds documentation where required by our compliance obligations.

Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. pkr888 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time authentication codes with any third party. pkr888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security. Report any suspected breach to our support team immediately.

05 Terms of Use

By using the pkr888 Service, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Service for any commercial or business purpose without our express written consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to access, scrape or manipulate the Service.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Opening or operating an Account on behalf of any third party.

• Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies or similar technologies.

pkr888 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms. Any User found to be in breach may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and any affected funds may be withheld pending investigation.

06 Payments & Transactions

Deposits

Deposits are processed through the payment methods available in your Account cashier at the time of transaction. pkr888 does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period and are displayed in the cashier interface.

For context, Pakistani users may find familiar payment tools referenced in our platform guides — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through pkr888 are subject to the platform's applicable sports betting rules, casino game rules and any sport- or market-specific rules published within the Service. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant rules.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, PSL T20, ICC tournament events, UFC and other live sports — are governed by the rules applicable to each market type. Key principles include:

• Bets are not accepted from persons with privileged inside information about the event in question.
• pkr888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error.
• In-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined may be voided at our discretion.

09 Responsible Gambling

• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic session termination when you have been logged in for a set duration.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Use any pkr888 trademark, logo or brand identifier in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr888 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses of any kind sustained through use of the platform.
• Loss of data, profits or business opportunity.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Service due to technical issues, maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for purpose of any content or feature on the Platform.

12 Termination

Closure by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Closure by pkr888

pkr888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A material breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• We are required to do so under applicable law, regulation or by order of a competent authority.
• We reasonably believe the Account is being used for fraudulent, collusive or other unlawful activity.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
• The User is found to be ineligible under the eligibility criteria in Section 3.

Where an Account is closed by pkr888 for reasons other than a breach by the User, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the User's registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pkr888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Where a change is required urgently to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Service after any change to these Terms has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
